Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. Team members may be added via access codes rather than personal signups.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, voice ordering inputs, and inventory actions taken.

Device information. We may collect device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address for security and performance purposes.
