Babytuna Systems ("Babytuna," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Babytuna Systems platform, including the web application at babytunasystems.com and the Babytuna Systems iOS app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. Team members may be added via access codes rather than personal signups.
Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, voice ordering inputs, and inventory actions taken.
Device information. We may collect device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address for security and performance purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the service. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.
